I was a member of the FS Got Talent Decor team which which was a creative and rewarding experience that pushed me out of my comfort zone. From brainstorming ideas to bringing them to life under time constraints, the process was both challenging and enjoyable. It gave me the opportunity to express creativity while also learning important skills like teamwork, commitment, and problem-solving along the way.

LO2: Challenges Undertaken
While working on the decor for FS Got Talent, I had to deal with tight deadlines, limited resources, and the pressure to meet expectations. These challenges pushed me to stay flexible, think creatively, and handle problems calmly.

LO4: Perseverance and Commitment
Creating the decor took a lot of time and continuous effort. Even when things didn’t go as planned, I stayed focused and committed until everything was completed successfully.

LO5: Collaboration Skills
Working with others helped me understand the value of teamwork and clear communication. Bringing together different ideas showed me how collaboration can lead to much better results than working alone.
