Organizing the DP Nightout at Fountainhead School as my CAS Project was a memorable and rewarding experience. From planning activities and managing logistics to coordinating with teachers and students, the process challenged me to take responsibility and lead with confidence. The nightout created a safe, enjoyable space for DP students to relax, connect, and strengthen their sense of community beyond academics.
LO1 – Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth:
This project helped me recognize my strengths in communication and leadership while coordinating with teachers and classmates. I also realized that I needed to improve my time management when balancing event planning with academic responsibilities.
LO2 – Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills
Managing permissions, schedules, and last-minute changes was challenging, but it taught me to stay organized and adapt quickly. Through this experience, I improved my planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

I contributed to planning the event by organizing activities, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring preparations. This experience showed me that careful planning and teamwork are essential for a successful event.
