
About the Activity
I went trekking to Bhavar Kada waterfall in Dang district. The trek involved navigating forest trails and uneven terrain before reaching the waterfall. It was both a physically demanding and rewarding experience that allowed me to connect with nature and explore a new environment.
LO2 – Demonstrate challenges and develop new skills
The trek required physical endurance and the ability to navigate difficult terrain. Walking for long distances through forests and rocky paths was challenging, but completing the trek helped me build resilience and confidence in my physical abilities.
LO4 – Show perseverance and commitment
Despite fatigue during certain parts of the trek, I remained committed to reaching the destination. Continuing the trek even when it became physically demanding demonstrated perseverance and determination.
LO6 – Engagement with issues of global significance
Experiencing the natural ecosystem of Dang highlighted the importance of environmental conservation. Observing the biodiversity and natural beauty of the forest made me reflect on the need to protect such ecosystems, which connects to the global goal of Climate Action and Life on Land.
