Introduction

As part of my CAS Creativity, I actively participated in organizing and managing three major university fairs at fountainhead school. these events took place on 1st December 2025(USA & Canada Universities), 8th January 2026 (Global Universities Fairs) and 16th January 2026 (Indian University Fair). This experience allowed me to grow personally and professionally while contributing to an issue of global significance higher education and global opportunities.

LO2 – Demonstrating That Challenges Have Been Undertaken, Developing New Skills

On 1st December 2025, our school organized a University Fair featuring institutions from the USA and Canada. Later, on 8th January 2026 we hosted another international fair with universities from all over the world. Finally om 16th January 2026 the Indian University fair was conducted. Managing these large scale events was a completely new experience for me. I had to step out of my comfort zone, especially while creating and promoting reels and acting in them. I learned public speaking in front of a camera, communication with viversity representatives and event coordination skills. Conducting surveys during the fairs and interaction skills. These experiences challenged me but helped me grow significantly.

LO4 – Show perseverance and commitment in CAS experience
The university fairs required continous effort over two monthes. From planning before the 1st december fair to the final event on 16th january, I stayed committed throughout. manafing university representatives, ensuring smooth coordination and creating promotioncal content and dedication alongside my academic responsiblites. Even when I felt nervous about being in front of the camera or tired after long event hours, I continued participating actively. My consistency in attending meetings, helping guests, and completing assigned responsibilities reflects my perseverance and commitment to this CAS experience.

LO5 – Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively
The success of the university faies was only possible through teamwork. I worked closely with my peers to manage the entire event, welcome university reprentatives, guide visitores and solve any issues that arose. While making reels, we collaborated on scripting, acting and filming. During the fairs we divided responsibilities to ensure everything ran smoothly. Working together taught me the importance of communication, mitual support and shared resoinsibility. I realized that collaboration not only reduces workload but also improves creativity and overall event success.

LO6 – Engagement with issues of global significance
The international university faies exposed students to higher education opportunities across the globe, including universities from the USA, Canada, India and many other countries. By promoting and organizing these events, I contibuted to spreading awareness about global education, cultural diversity and internaltional career pathways. Education is a global issue that connects people across borders and helping students explore international universities supports informed decision-making about their futures. Through this CAS activity, I engaged with the broader concept of global citizenship and the importance of access to international education opportunities.

Conclusion

Overall, this CAS experience was extremely meaningful for me. I developed confidence, communication skills, creativity, leadership qualities, and teamwork abilities. I learned how to handle responsibility under pressure and how collaboration leads to success. Most importantly, I understood how events like university fairs can positively influence students futures by connecting them to global opportunities. This experience strengthened my commitment to contributing actively to my school community and taking initiative in future projects.
