For my CAS experience, I, along with my two friends, organized a game stall called the “Kindness Dare Booth” on Children’s Day in our school. We designed two interactive games: one was “Say the Color, Not the Word,” and the other was a memory-based activity where shapes and figures were shown for 3 seconds and participants had to draw as many as they could remember. Students from a government school visited our campus, and we created a fun and engaging environment for them by making them participate in different games and activities. After completing each game, students were given tokens based on the difficulty level, which they could later use to buy items like stationery and water bottles from other stalls. This experience was truly enjoyable and meaningful, as seeing the children smile, laugh, and actively participate made all our efforts feel worthwhile and rewarding. It also helped me understand the importance of creating inclusive and joyful learning experiences for everyone.
Through this experience, I developed the learner profile attributes of being a Communicator and a Thinker. I improved my communication skills by explaining game rules clearly in Hindi and Gujarati, and I developed thinking skills by planning and designing engaging games and deciding fair ways to reward participants .

LO2 – Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills :
During this CAS experience , there were a few small things that I had to manage while running the game stall. At times, many students came at once, so I had to make sure everyone understood the rules clearly and got a fair chance to play. I also needed to explain the games in a simple way, sometimes using Hindi or Gujarati, so that all the students could understand easily and enjoy the activity.
LO3 – Initiate and plan a CAS experience :
I actively participated in initiating and planning the Kindness Dare Booth along with my friends. We discussed different ideas for games and selected activities that would be both fun and educational for the children. We planned how the games would be conducted, how the tokens would be distributed, and how the stall would be managed during the event. We also ensured that the games were inclusive and suitable for students from different backgrounds. This planning process helped me understand the importance of organization, creativity, and teamwork in executing a successful CAS experience .
LO5 – Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively :
This experience helped me understand the value of working collaboratively. I worked closely with my two friends to set up and manage the stall, and we supported each other throughout the event. We divided responsibilities, helped each other when needed, and made sure that everything ran smoothly. While interacting with the students, we also coordinated well to manage the flow of participants and ensure that everyone had a positive experience. Working as a team made the entire process easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable. It also showed me how collaboration leads to better outcomes and stronger connections between team members .

Overall, this CAS experience was very meaningful and enjoyable for me. It allowed me to spread happiness, develop important skills, and understand the importance of kindness and teamwork. Seeing the joy on the children’s faces made me feel proud of the effort we put into planning and organizing the stall. This experience encouraged me to continue participating in such activities in the future and contribute positively to society.
