LO1 - Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth Screen reader support enabledDuring the trip, I realized that my strength lies in being a cooperative team member. I listened carefully, followed instructions. However, I also noticed that I hesitate when it comes to taking initiative.LO2 - Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills. Adapting to new surroundings, managing fatigue, and stepping outside my comfort zone required effort. Through these challenges, I developed better time management, and communication skills.LO4 - Show perseverance and commitment in CAS experience. There were moments when activities felt physically exhausting, but I remained committed instead of giving up or withdrawing. This taught me the value of perseverance, even when motivation is low.LO5 - Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively. Collaboration was a key part of the CAS trip. I worked closely with my peers and respected different opinions. I learned that effective teamwork does not require being a leader. This experience strengthened my understanding of group.LO6 - Engagement with issues of global significance.The trip helped me understand global issues such as environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and cultural awareness. Observing real-life situations and engaging with communities made these issues feel more real and personal.
